Terms and conditions
On this page, you will find the terms of use for the Pulp 13 Studios creative studio in Vila Nova de Gaia. Here are the terms for booking the space, cyclorama, coworking area, and recording studio.
BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS
Reservations via Email, WhatsApp or DM (Instagram)
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge on the rental price.
Rescheduling is free of charge, except for a fee of €50 + VAT if done less than 48 hours before the originally booked date.
The reservation period begins and ends at the scheduled time, not at the arrival or departure time.
The grace period is 15 minutes; after this period, an extra hour may be charged.
Extra time is only permitted subject to availability.
USE OF GENERAL SPACE
Responsibility: The client is responsible for everything that happens in the space.
The security system with alarm and cameras reinforces security; however, Pulp is not responsible for any thefts or losses that may occur.
The Wi-Fi router should always be switched on. If it is switched off, it should be reconnected immediately.
The lights should be turned off when leaving the space. The Wi-Fi should remain on.
CYCLORAMA
Funds are available upon request, at an additional cost.
Blackout curtains for the cyclorama are available if needed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Extras can be requested (if available) before booking or at the start of the booking.
The furniture can be moved and used responsibly, but must be returned to its original location.
Damaged furniture, equipment, or walls will be charged according to the extent of the damage.
Storage for small items is available for events; larger pieces of furniture must be handled safely by the event staff themselves.
Audio recording is possible, but we cannot guarantee a noise-free environment outside of Studio B.
COMMON AREAS
A cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left considerably dirty.
Dishes are available and can be used free of charge, but must be washed at the end of the reservation.
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Production smoking may be permitted upon request.
The sound and music should be kept at a reasonable volume. For events with loud music, a special permit is required.
REDUCED MOBILITY
Accessibility on the ground floor; the bathrooms are adapted for people with reduced mobility.
